  • Always try to drink Luke warm water it helps to lose your weight soon , warm water help to burn fat and cellulite from the body . if possible during time of exercise try to drink luke warm water it burn fat more faster . 
 

  • Escape food after 7 pm you can take coffee or tea or any liquid to drink after 7 .its  not good to take to much stuff in your stomach and sleep to make fat in your body .taking dinner so heavy is the real cause of fat so avoid that .
 

  • exercise for one hour per day, you could lose 3-5 pounds in the first week, or more if your weigh more than 250 pounds. It's very important not to cut calories any further -- that's dangerous.
 

  • Eat vegetables it help you to feel full avoid heavy food .
 

  • Drink plenty of water if possible drink luke water it also help to make your skin shine .
 

  • Get tempting foods out of your home.
 

  • Stay busy -- you don't want to eat just because you're bored.
 

  • chose small plate in size so that u will eat limited food which is only required for your body .
 

  • if you are at home try to do your work more of time by walking .
 

  • if possible take steam to a body it make body to release acid toxic it open the pores and help to reduce weight , you can do it at home ,take a bucket with hot water and then wet the towel with hot water in bucket later takeout that towel and drape it in your body for 10 to 15 do it two or three time for 30 mint .  
 

  • drink lemon with warm water in a morning .
