Raj "Hey Adam .. thanks for all the support since 1 Jan " said as I was moving out their house today . Eyes shining and with sweet simile on his face .. Like child whose dream has come true ... .

 going Back  :

Some where in Mid of Sem:
I was missing my MOm's foods. One fine day made my mind ""this winter vacation I am going to make few things";

With Indian food festival .. organized by "HSC" while eating there two items where decided .. "one samosa and another was aallo paratha "

At that moment I was not sure how the things are going to turn up.  
Though I was trying to make things happen  on few occasions like calling my frnds "Ellen; Kaleb;Tamara "; at my place.. which  did not happened..
At the potluck, either of those could not be made ..  .. Now its almost 20 days since I am into the winter vacation.. and I had no clue .. Dallas trip and new yr celebration was  also added to my  plan and those few things where now  almost untouched anD I   had little expections at that time.

Dallas trip was called off for me .. as I was not feeling well.  'its was like a silver lining which I could not see myself.. at that moment ..'

I admist of no where I got to know that Adam too like aallo paratha's;  so he put me on my gears.. to make them. The 3 rd jan was the day.
2'O Clock .. my fone rangs .
"Hello sir ji " ; "Aallo ke parathe baney hai to aajao aatta leney jaa rahe hai .. saath mai Madia bhi le lete  hai .. kal samosa bhi bana lenge."
I was in the middle of my noon dream .. and was ready in a flash ..

We made awosome aallo paratha  on 3 rd and

There is little story behind making the other one.. as in case of  previous one the  whole cooking was done was at Adam's place ..
But I wanted to make this dish at my place ..

 Boiling Potato's  preparing  stuffing at my place I realized that I don't have tools to make rest of the things
I had no other choice ..

Result was but obvious ...

Yeah I know Wat I missed by not going on Dallas trip .. but I have achieved a personal objective .. thats very satisfying for me.

Sumeer was an  important part of this whole process  I wish I could call  him technical lead .. :)

Thats how I came to end of my last yr resoultion regarding food .. one more thing is left .. hope I could complete that before I end this 10 days of holidays ..

. fellas .. this was a creative new yr .. I had lots of work ..


I am leaving here with a thought "I was not part of njoying the beauty which are already created by someone but I was part of creating some beautiful memories of my wired creative skills"  .and I called it  fun.
